About Tomohiro Oshige

Tomohiro Oshige is an associate at southgate and focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A, start-up investments, corporate laws, labour laws, and other general corporate matters. After graduating from university, Tomohiro worked for prominent Japanese and international companies for 15 years, gaining experience in various fields such as sales, international business, human resources, and legal affairs. In 2018, he left the business world to pursue a career as a lawyer. After working at a domestic Japanese law firm and gaining experience in a wide variety of practice areas, he joined southgate.
