About Bettina Knoetzl

Bettina Knoetzl is a partner and the head of the litigation department, with a wealth of experience in commercial and corporate litigation; class actions and collective claims; fraud, corruption and white-collar crime; asset tracing and recovery; internal and external investigations; investor protection; and mediation and ADR. Bettina has been an Eingetragener Mediator (accredited mediator) since the establishment of the official Austrian register in 2004 and is the immediate past chair of the litigation committee of the International Bar Association, the president of the Austria Chapter of Transparency International, the exclusive Austrian representative of the ICC-FraudNet and a member of the advisory board of ZBP, the Career Center of the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She also chairs the select 150-year old Vienna Lawyers’ Association, Soupirium.
