Dr Judith Schacherreiter
specialises in international litigation, private international law, uniform law and civil law. Her focus is on cases involving more than one jurisdiction, different legal systems and complex questions regarding applicable law and international jurisdiction. Most recently she has handled cases relating to international enforcement, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, cross boarder judicial assistance, aircraft attachment, fraud and asset tracing. She is a member of the Interdisciplinary Association of Comparative and Private International Law (Austria), the Common Core of European Private Law Group (Italy) and Gesellschaft für Rechtsvergleichung (Germany). She is a Professor of Comparative Law and Private International Law.
