Florian Haugeneder
is a founding partner of KNOETZL and heads its arbitration practice. He has more than 20 years’ experience as counsel and arbitrator under the rules of the major arbitral institutions, including the German Arbitration Institute, ICC, ICSID, Danish Institute of Arbitration, Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, LCIA, SCC Arbitration Institute and Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), as well as in ad hoc proceedings under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Florian lectures at the University of Vienna (receiving its Teaching Award in 2018) and is a faculty member of the Delos Remote Oral Advocacy Programme. He frequently speaks and publishes on international arbitration and investment protection. He is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and of the ICC Task Force on Corruption in Arbitration.
