is a partner at KNOETZL and has more than 15 years’ experience in high-value and complex arbitration disputes. Jurgita acts as counsel and as arbitrator with a special focus on the Baltic region. She has handled arbitration disputes under various applicable substantive laws, as well as under a wide range of institutional arbitration rules (eg the ICC, the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Finland Arbitration Institute, the Vienna International Arbitral Centre and the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration) and ad hoc arbitration rules. Jurgita’s experience also includes large disputes stemming from construction agreements (under the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction and others), contracts for the supply of goods, corporate, M&A and privatisation agreements as well as transportation, shipping and insurance agreements.
