About Jurgita Petkutė

Jurgita Petkutė is a partner at KNOETZL with over fifteen years’ experience in high-value and complex arbitration disputes. Jurgita acts as counsel and as arbitrator with a special focus on the Baltic region. She has handled arbitration disputes under various applicable substantive laws as well as under a wide range of institutional arbitration rules, including those of ICC, SCC, FAI, VIAC and VCCA, and ad hoc arbitration rules. Jurgita’s experience also includes large disputes stemming from construction agreements (under the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction and others), contracts for the supply of goods, corporate, M&A and privatisation agreements as well as transportation, shipping and insurance agreements. Jurgita regularly speaks at arbitration conferences and events as well as publishing on international commercial arbitration topics. She is co-author of a commentary on the 2017 edition of ICC Arbitration Rules.
