About Natascha Tunkel

Natascha Tunkel is a partner at KNOETZL with extensive experience in complex dispute resolution. A core part of her practice is international commercial arbitration with a special focus on new technologies. She acts as arbitrator and counsel under leading arbitral rules, including ICC and ICSID, and practises as qualified mediator and certified mediation counsel. Renowned for her expertise in procedural law, she is frequently called upon in arbitrations requiring injunctive or parallel action before the state courts or involving complex jurisdictional issues. She is a member of VIAC’s Mediation Advisory Board, Vice-Chair of the IBA Mediation Committee and Austrian delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
