is a co-founder of KNOETZL and a partner in its international arbitration team. She has extensive experience in arbitration proceedings under the DIS, ICC, VIAC and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. She acts as both counsel and arbitrator, and has been involved in numerous large-scale projects across the SEE and CEE region, with a substantial focus on construction and engineering, post-M&A disputes and international sales contracts. In January 2020, Patrizia became a member of the Board of VIAC (Vienna International Arbitral Centre). She is co-director of the Vis Moot (the world’s largest student competition in international arbitration) and is Austria’s Steering Committee member of the Pledge for Equal Representation in Arbitration. She also lectures on arbitration subjects at the Austrian Arbitration Academy of the University of Vienna and is a faculty member of the Delos Remote Oral Advocacy Programme (ROAP).
