About Andrew Sanderson

Andrew Sanderson is a partner at Kingsley Napley and an experienced regulatory and litigation lawyer advising clients operating in the UK and international defence and security sector. He heads the firm’s defence practice supporting defence businesses, senior executives and investors on complex legal, regulatory and commercial risks, including national security legislation, export controls, sanctions, security vetting, corporate governance, anti-bribery, health and safety, investigations and disputes. Andrew regularly co-ordinates multidisciplinary teams and advises boards, in-house counsel and senior management in sensitive, high-pressure matters. As chair of the National Security & Resilience Consortium, he combines strategic judgement, sector knowledge and practical, commercially focused advice.
