She works closely with senior government officials and is a leading authority on corporate immigration, particularly in the context of M&A. Her extensive expertise includes HR policy, compliance and risk analysis, audit planning, high-touch service strategies for executives and VIPs, business traveller compliance, budgeting, and global project management. She serves as the international co-chair of the American Bar Association's Subcommittee on Immigration and Human Trafficking, and is an honorary member of the American Bar Fellows and a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association.
