About Aditya Chatterjee

Aditya Chatterjee is a partner at Keystone Partners and specialises in complex civil and commercial litigation. He regularly serves as counsel in both international and domestic arbitrations and is frequently retained for cross-examinations in court trials and arbitrations. He appears before various fora in Delhi and Bangalore, including the Supreme Court of India and the High Courts of Delhi and Karnataka. His clients span the hospitality, FMCG, F&B, infrastructure, and defense sectors. Aditya graduated from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, and holds an LLM from UC Berkeley. He is a member of the Karnataka State Bar Council.
