About Arun Sri Kumar

Arun Sri Kumar is a founder and senior partner at Keystone Partners, and handles a wide gamut of civil and corporate litigation across India. He routinely represents clients in shareholders actions, insolvency proceedings, succession disputes, and arbitrations arising from commercial agreements. Arun’s clients include both start-ups as also leading listed companies, including from the automobile, banking, e-commerce and real estate sectors. Arun is a gold medallist from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. He began his professional career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co., before shifting to law practice. He principally represents clients in actions at Delhi and in Bengaluru. He is a member of the Karnataka State Bar Council.
