Miruna Suciu is managing partner of Suciu Partners and has over 25 years’ experience in M&A, energy & natural resources, banking, finance, infrastructure and regulatory matters. She advises corporate clients, investment funds, utilities, banks and private equity investors on domestic and cross-border transactions, including renewable energy projects, storage facilities, oil and gas assets, energy infrastructure and corporate reorganisations. Her recent energy work includes mandates involving Romgaz, PPC Renewables, Econergy, Axpo, Enel X and other major investors. Miruna was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 1999.
