About Anna Gassner

Anna Gassner is a partner at GSK Stockmann SA. She focuses on commercial and corporate matters with a special focus on advising clients on the full spectrum of local and international equity capital transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, and venture capital. Furthermore, Anna has gained sound experience in commercial litigation, particularly in shareholder disputes. She is admitted to the Paris Bar and to the Luxembourg Bar and speaks French, German and English. She is a member of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA) and the Fédération des Jeunes Dirigeants de Luxembourg.
