About Anna Lindner

Anna Lindner focuses on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, co‐investments and corporate governance matters, notably in the area of ESG. She is admitted to the Bar in Germany (2015) and Luxembourg (2017), and holds qualifications from Humboldt University in Berlin and Julius Maximilians University in Würzburg. She speaks English, French and German, and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Luxembourg Banking Law Lawyers Association (ALJB).
