About Mélissandre Demarcq

Mélissandre Demarcq is a senior associate at GSK Stockmann SA. She focuses on corporate, M&A, private equity and venture capital. She is admitted to the Paris Bar and Luxembourg Bar (Liste IV). She studied at Nancy 2 University and HEC Paris and holds a Specialized Master in International Law and Management as well as a Master 2 in business law – DJCE. She furthermore obtained an LLB (Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University (UK). She has practiced in renowned and well-established independent law firms in Luxembourg as well as in a Luxembourg leading provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investments industry and more recently in a well-established cryptocurrency exchange based in Luxembourg.
