Minh Duong is the managing partner of Asia Counsel Vietnam. Minh is admitted as a lawyer in both the New South Wales Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia. He has more than 15 years of legal experience in Vietnam, and specialises in M&A, capital markets, banking and finance and corporate and commercial law. His clients include Sojitz Corporation, VinaCapital, Mekong Capital, American International Hospital (AIH), Tam Tri Medical Joint Stock Company, and Singapore Medical Group Limited and Cerberus Capital.
