About Phong Nguyen

Phong Nguyen is a highly experienced Vietnamese lawyer who specialises in M&A, capital markets, banking and finance and corporate and commercial law. Phong has practised law in Vietnam since 2003 and has extensive experience in advising clients on their investment transactions and business activities in Vietnam. Prior to joining Kinstellar Southeast Asia, Phong practised with leading international law firms, where he led high-value M&A and financing matters and served numerous high-profile private equity funds, multinational and regional corporates and international financiers, including in relation to project finance and arbitration matters.
