About Tim Prudhoe

Tim Prudhoe co-founded Stanbrook Prudhoe and heads the litigation practice. He has been practising for nearly three decades and is admitted to practice across most of the English-speaking Caribbean region, Guyana (South America) and Belize (Central America). He is also a licensed insolvency practitioner (Turks and Caicos Islands). He has a wide-ranging practice, with a focus on court work. He handles public and constitutional challenges, as well as complex civil and commercial litigation, judgment enforcement and contentious insolvency. He has sat on the Company Law Advisory Committee since its inception in 2018, via which he was responsible for the amendments to the legislation by which court applications could be made for release of information and documentation.
