About Weina Wang

Weina Wang is a partner at Lantai Law Firm, a part-time arbitrator with the Beijing Chaoyang Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee, and a member of the Civil Procedure Law Committee of the Beijing Bar Association. With 14 years of practice in labour law, corporate compliance and dispute resolution, she brings combined expertise in HR management and legal practice. Wang has served regulators, SOEs, financial institutions and multinationals, including CDB, State Grid, JD.com, IBM and Siemens. She has extensive experience in compliance system building, large-scale personnel placement and labour dispute resolution, and has co-authored multiple influential labour law publications.
