About Agata Szeliga

Agata Szeliga joined SK&S in 1998 and has been a partner since 2009. She specialises in new technologies and personal data protection, and in state aid and public procurement. Agata has advised on cloud computing for many years, especially on its deployment in the financial sector. She also advises on AI and the sharing of data generated by devices or applications, and helps in reviewing IT solutions from the privacy perspective, handling sensitive data protection requests, and complaints. Agata is a member of the European Commission’s Expert Group on B2B data sharing and cloud computing contracts.
