Linda Fuerst is a senior partner at Crawley MacKewn Brush LLP with over four decades of experience representing clients in securities regulatory investigations and litigation, internal investigations, criminal prosecutions and complex commercial disputes. She has litigated matters before courts across Canada, and has represented clients in investigations and proceedings before multiple provincial securities commissions and in connection with matters involving the SEC and the CFTC.
