Carlos E Aldrete Ancira is counsel at Villarreal (VGF). He has more than 40 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, general corporate matters, estate planning, and managing the interactions and dynamics of shareholders, boards of directors and board committees. Until recently, Carlos served as general counsel of FEMSA, one of Mexico’s largest and most valuable companies. During his professional experience, Carlos has also served as board member and secretary of several other corporations and private institutions.
