About Aman Assefa

Aman Assefa is a managing partner at Aman & Partners LLP. He is a legal practitioner and seasoned intellectual with over 25 years of experience in corporate legal practice. He has a wealth of experience from his tenure in academia and the judiciary. As one of the pioneers of corporate legal practice in Ethiopia, Aman has represented major investors in PPPs, M&A, tax disputes, competition, and IP. In particular, he currently represents Ericsson, Nestle and Ethio chicken, among others. Aman holds an LLM from Munich Intellectual Law Center and an LLB from Addis Ababa University.
