joined the legal team at Joseph Rowe in January of 2020 after working at a law firm for a number of years where she was involved extensively in civil litigation. Emily has gained valuable experience in the area of real estate development and is knowledgeable about the regulation and administration of the Department of Physical Planning as well as the contractual relationships between the owners, agents, architects and supervisors of development projects. Prior to pursuing a degree in law, Emily was employed at a real estate firm in St Kitts and Nevis that specialises in valuations and appraisals, project management, and leasing and selling residential and commercial properties.
