About Claire van der Hoeven

Claire van der Hoeven is counsel at HabrakenRutten, with nearly 15 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sector. She advises on public law, regulation and projects and represents clients in (administrative and civil law) legal proceedings and negotiations with the government and in transactions. Claire is an excellent sparring partner, a strong negotiator in regulatory affairs and successful litigator in complex civil and administrative law matters. Claire started her career in the energy practice of top-tier law firm De Brauw. She is a member of the Dutch energy law association and the Dutch association for environmental lawyers.
