Since 2016 she has combined her legal practice with doctoral research at the University of Amsterdam, focusing on allocation of risk and co-operation between parties in integrated construction contracts. She also teaches master's courses in procurement law, contract law and construction law. She previously worked as a lawyer in the projects and real estate team at Allen & Overy and the construction law team at Stibbe.
