Sander Simonetti is a partner at HabrakenRutten and leads the energy and sustainability practice. He is a seasoned energy lawyer with over 15 years of experience in the sector. His focus lies on regulation, transactions and (project) finance, as well as litigation and arbitration in the field of energy contracts, projects and infrastructure. With broad expertise in renewable energy projects, he advises on the full range of legal, commercial and strategic issues. Sander was a fellow (energy and climate change law) at the European University Institute in Florence and is a member of the Dutch energy law association.
