About Wouter Haeser

Wouter Haeser is a partner at HabrakenRutten who specialises in the full spectrum of public and private law issues arising in real estate, infrastructure and energy projects. He advises project developers, investors and industry clients on all legal aspects with government authorities, including planning, zoning, environmental law, land development, procurement, and related contractual and liability matters. He is known for his ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all key stakeholders and disciplines required to bring complex projects to a successful close. Wouter both advises and represents clients in negotiations, administrative proceedings and civil litigation. He began his career at Houthoff, where he also practised Supreme Court litigation.
