About Regina De la Vega Castillo

Regina De la Vega Castillo is head of the labour advisory and compliance practice at De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C., where she also leads the firm’s internal investigations and labour inspections team. She specialises in labour advisory, compliance, and internal investigations, with a strong focus on discrimination, workplace violence, and gender-based perspectives. Regina holds an LLM from Boston University School of Law and previously worked in New York City as an internal visiting associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. She regularly advises companies on labour risk prevention and mitigation and actively litigates discrimination and workplace violence cases before Mexican labour courts, combining strategic advisory work with contentious experience.
