About Beatrice Molteni

Beatrice Molteni is a lawyer and an associate of the global wealth management team of Loconte&Partners. After graduating in law, she completed a postgraduate master’s focused on wealth management and asset protection and a master’s in corporate law. She is specialised in wealth and estate planning and in advisory work for private clients seeking asset protection, including for both domestic and international clients. She has also written many articles in international and Italian periodicals. Beatrice is an affiliate member of STEP Italy and a subject matter expert in Tax Law, International and European Tax Law and Trust Law at LUM – G. Degennaro University in Bari (Italy).
