M. Georgia Gibson Henlin KC, CD is the managing partner of Henlin Gibson Henlin and a King’s Counsel at the Jamaican Bar. She is Chief Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist at Privacy & Legal Management Consultants Limited (PLMC). Georgia is a member of the Council of the Jamaican Bar Association, Conference Co-Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee, Co-Founder of the Caribbean KnowledgeNet Chapter (IAPP) and was called to the Bar in Ontario, New York, the British Virgin Islands and St. Lucia. Her varied practice includes commercial and complex legal issues, data privacy, finance and taxation. At PLMC, Georgia leads the data protection, corporate governance and anti-money laundering compliance teams.
