About Claire Ramadan

Claire Ramadan is a trainee lawyer at Cortbaoui & Kanaan. She participates in all aspects of the firm’s litigation and corporate practices. Claire has assisted in the handling of various litigation proceedings through the drafting and filing of legal documents including claims, memoranda of replies, objections and notices and has represented clients before the courts. She is also involved in the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various agreements and contracts including shareholders, intellectual property, non-disclosure, employment, service, distribution, consultancy and termination agreements. Further, Claire has performed legal due diligence analyses in the context of investments and acquisitions transactions, conducted legal research related to various areas of law and provided clients with legal advice and support on a wide range of issues. She speaks Arabic, French and English.
