is a qualified lawyer with 15 years of experience in legal consulting with a focus on corporate, labour and competition law. Dina coordinated teams of lawyers from different jurisdictions in complex international business transactions in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and regionally. Dina has valuable expertise and experience in competition law and representation of clients before the competition authority – the Competition Council in BiH. Her clients include global corporations from a number of industries, including retail, banking and finance, mining, IT. Dina is a member of the Bar Association of Federation of BiH. Dina writes regularly for industry publications. Dina participated as an expert lecturer in a training of judges of Court of BiH in competition law (competent to decide in litigation initiated against decisions of the competition authority), financed by EBRD and implemented in cooperation with the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH. In addition, she was an expert lecturer in a training of judges and prosecutors in area of banking law, organised by EBRD and the Center for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of Federation of BiH . She is also a regular lecturer at various institutions on the matters of employment law.
