Charlie Caher is a partner in the firm's international arbitration group. Mr Caher’s international arbitration practice includes representation in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations (including under the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, DIS, PCA and UNCITRAL rules) sited in both common and civil law jurisdictions. Mr Caher’s international commercial arbitration practice covers a wide range of industries, including construction, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas, aerospace and energy. Mr Caher is an adjunct professor at Pepperdine Law School’s London campus, where he teaches the International Commercial Arbitration course. Mr Caher has gained his Higher Rights of Audience and is a qualified Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings). Mr Caher is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, the London Court of International Arbitration (Young International Arbitration Group) and Young-OGEMID. He has authored several chapters in industry publications.
