About Francesco Isolabella

Francesco Isolabella is a partner at Studio Isolabella. Alongside his brother Luigi, Francesco has successfully led the firm founded by his father through a period of extensive market change, ensuring that Studio Isolabella remained a hallmark of professional integrity and skill. Francesco regularly assists domestic and foreign clients in high profile court cases and extra judicial assessments with reference to financial crimes, tax crimes, crimes against public administration and urban-planning crimes and has been involved in many of the latest investigations initiated by the Milan Prosecutor’s Office against logistics and fashion companies and banking institutions. Francesco is also well versed in procedural issues related to EAWs and extradition requests. Francesco is a member of the Supervisory Body established by Legislative Decree 231/2001 for several Italian companies and regularly advises on matters related to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
