Luigi Isolabella is a partner at Studio Isolabella. With his brother Francesco, Luigi has successfully led the firm founded by his father through a period of extensive market change, ensuring that name of Studio Isolabella remained a hallmark of professional integrity and skill. Luigi regularly assists domestic and foreign clients in high profile court cases and extra, judicial assessments, particularly with reference to financial and banking crimes, crimes against public administration, tax crimes, environmental crimes and health related crimes and has been involved in many of the latest investigations initiated by the Milan Prosecutor’s Office against financial and banking institutions. Luigi is also well versed in procedural issues related to EAWs and extradition requests. Luigi is a member of the Supervisory Body established by Legislative Decree 231/2001 for several Italian companies and regularly advises on matters related to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
