About Eric H. H. Chow

Eric H. H. Chow is a partner at CL Chow and Macksion Chan and was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2008. He has built a broad civil practice in commercial disputes, company law and insolvency. He joined the firm as a solicitor in 2015, and now advises directors of listed companies, officers of state-owned enterprises and high net worth individuals on complex commercial and corporate disputes and on securities law. He is a member of HKIArb, INSOL International, the HKICPA Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty, the ACFE and the HKSI.
