About Stephanie Wong

Stephanie Wong is a senior associate at CL Chow and Macksion Chan and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2019. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, insolvency proceedings, contractual disputes, and injunction applications. She has experience advising state-owned enterprises and listed companies in complex commercial disputes. In addition to her Hong Kong practice, she is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales (non-practising) and holds a Permit for Hong Kong Seconded Lawyers to Practice in Mainland China, issued by the Chongqing Municipal Justice Bureau.
