Brenda Cheptoo
is an associate in the energy and corporate and commercial departments at EMSI & Associates. She has advised on and provided drafting support in energy projects, including joint venture agreements and power supply agreements. She has also participated in project due diligence exercises and taken part in various public consultative processes for proposed subsidiary legislation in the energy sector. Brenda is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
