About Joy Odhiambo

Joy Odhiambo works in the corporate and commercial and energy practices at EMSI & Associates. Her experience ranges from advising multinationals as inbound investors into Kenya to assisting in regulatory licensing and compliance, as well as providing general commercial transactional support. She has been involved in drafting various project agreements, including joint venture agreements, construction agreements and power supply agreements, as well as participating in due diligence exercises for private local and international clients. Joy holds an LLB from the University of Nairobi and is qualifying as a Certified Public Secretary.
