About Joy Odhiambo

Joy Odhiambo is an associate at EMSI & Associates. She works in the corporate and commercial practices across the different sectors served by the firm. Joy has experience in providing legal compliance services, regulatory review, and comparative analysis of legislation. She has supported several international clients in their market entry strategies into Kenya ranging from general and pre-acquisition due diligence exercises, to company incorporations and intellectual property registration. Joy holds an LLB from the University of Nairobi. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and is currently pursuing her certification as a company secretary.
