About Mary Anne Wachira

Mary Anne Wachira works in the project finance and corporate and commercial practices at EMSI & Associates. As part of her practice, she advises on various multi-lateral donor funded and privately funded projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. She has advised on PPP and energy transactions, providing support in the drafting and negotiation of project agreements and term sheets, and participating in due diligence exercises. Mary Anne holds an LLB from the University of Nairobi. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and a registered Certified Secretary with the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya.
