Mary Anne Wachira is an associate working in the corporate & commercial and energy sectors at EMSI & Associates. Mary Anne has experience in corporate governance, board advisory services, regulatory compliance, legal audit, corporate reorganisation, and providing corporate secretarial services. She supports several clients in their market entry strategies into Kenya ranging from general and pre-acquisition due diligence exercises, to drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements.
