Her experience includes advising various public entities, local and foreign companies on navigating the legal and regulatory landscape that governs the energy sector. She has been involved in providing regulatory compliance, due diligence exercises, fundraising, restructuring transactions and providing corporate secretarial services within the energy sector across the electricity generation, transmission and distribution life cycle.
