About Dongxia Xia

Dongxia Xia is a partner in King & Wood Mallesons’ dispute resolution department. With over 24 years’ experience, she has played a pivotal role in assisting dozens of listed companies and related entities in managing hundreds of cases involving administrative penalties from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and litigations stemming from matters pertaining to misrepresentation and insider trading. Her extensive experience has earned her a stellar reputation in this field. Presently, Ms Xia serves as the Executive Director of both the Securities Law Institute of the China Law Society and the China Business Law Society. Additionally, she is a Director of the China Banking Law Society.
