About Haitao (Harry) Liu

Haitao (Harry) Liu is a senior attorney at King & Wood Mallesons who specialises in criminal defence, compliance and dispute resolution. He has represented officers of foreign enterprises in many cases prosecuted or investigated in China. Mr Liu is recommended by international legal directories, such as Chambers & Partners, for his corporate/investigation and anti-corruption work in China. He received his LLB and JM from Nanjing University and the East China University of Political Science & Law, respectively, and his LLM from Columbia University. He is admitted to practice in both China and NY State, and he is an arbitrator of both CIETAC and SHIAC. Mr Liu’s working languages are Chinese and English.
