is the managing partner of the Dispute Resolution and Litigation Group of King &Wood Mallesons. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in international commercial and maritime litigation and arbitration. Mr Huang has represented well-known domestic and international multinational companies in hundreds of commercial and maritime cases at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration, the London Court of International Arbitration, the Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. Cases he has dealt with include foreign investment disputes and international trade disputes. Mr Huang is an expert in cross-border disputes related to derivative transactions, including representing large-scale international commercial banks in pursuing domestic investment companies in relation to syndicated loans, financial derivative products, and currency matters. He also represents Chinese state-owned banks in litigious actions against international investment banks under ISDA agreements including debt, bonds and financial derivative disputes.
