About Li Yumeng

Li Yumeng (Audrey) is a partner in the corporate group at King & Wood. Her main areas of practice include antitrust and competition law, national security review and other government regulatory matters. Audrey regularly advises multinational and Chinese clients on antitrust and anti-unfair competition matters. She represents clients in merger filings before regulatory authorities in China, and assists with obtaining approvals in the EU, the USA and other Asian countries.
