About Liu Cheng

Liu Cheng is a partner at King & Wood Mallesons in its corporate group. His main areas of practice include antitrust and competition law, cross-border M&A and corporate investment, and international trade. He regularly advises clients on Chinese antitrust and competition matters and provides advice on antitrust compliance. He also advises clients on antitrust investigations. In 2016, he was ranked as a “Leading Individual” in the Chambers Asia Pacific Guide. Mr Liu has also been appointed as the competition law expert by Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation and Hubei Province Administration for Market Regulation.
