He specialises in dispute resolution with a focus on domestic civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as criminal and administrative procedures. Mr Liu has extensive experience in dispute resolution in relation to corporate, securities and other practice areas. Mr Liu has represented well-known companies in their disputes in relation to M&A, reorganisation, governance and regulation, as well as in a number of major disputes related to illegal information disclosure, insider trading, market manipulation and illegal operations in securities and futures.
