About Su Meng

Su Meng (Molly) is a partner at King & Wood. She specialises in project finance, acquisition finance, syndicated loans, real estate finance, green finance, financial infrastructure and financial derivatives. She has represented overseas and domestic syndicates, banks, joint ventures and project companies in many project finances. Molly also represents various futures exchanges, commodity trading platforms and other financial infrastructures, offering legal services including cross-border connection schemes and the drafting and review of business rules. Molly is an officer of the IBA Banking & Finance Law committee, Vice Chair of the Financial Innovations Subcommittee, and Deputy Director of the Financial Instruments and Financial Infrastructure Professional Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
